Abstract: The beneficiation test of copper ore from Anhui was conducted. Test results show that by adopting the new high efficiency mixed collector，through the closed-circuit test of once roughing,twice cleaning and triple scavenging，the copper concentrate grading 22.01% Cu is obtained, at the recovery of 91.35% Cu，with the recovery of Au 77.77% and Ag 70.72% in the copper concentrate. The beneficiability of the ore was higher，so it could be applicable for exploiting the deposit.
