In view of various factors affecting the flotation index of the copper-nickel sulfide ore, and with a concrete example, such issues are elaborated as the reasons for difficulty to separate the copper-nickel sulfide mine, the flotation performance of copper-nickel ore by flotation reagent, the main flotation process of copper and nickel, the impact of magnesia on the flotation, and the effect of the dressing equipment on recovery indicators of copper and nickel.

Devloping scale of overlying strata roof water flowing fractured zone caused by thick coal seam full-mechanized mining technique effects water control safety evaluation results directly. Taken the Sihe Mine at Jincheng as an example, research was done on 3# coal roof water flowing fractured zone by using consumption of rinsing liquid method, drill hole colour television observation method and RFPA. The research results provide reference significance for mine of similar condition in mining area of Jincheng.

Taken the Beijing Da'anshan Coal Mine as an engineering background, research and analysis were done on abutment pressure distribution of coal seams inclined coal pillars and propagation law by adopted theoretical analysis and numerical simulation with the existing of inclined coal pillars. The related results show that transmit deepness of abutment pressure of coal seams inclined coal pillars was large, stress along vertical direction of coal(coal pillars) presented oval down ladder distribution, but the influence range only was large at adjacent coal seam were obtained. Left 20m coal pillar at upper coal seam could produced stress concentration at lower coal seam, while coal pillar arranged on one side of goaf hardly effected the distribution of rock stress of lower coal seam. This result has a certain significant guidance for both safe production and support design of working face under the condition of coal seams inclined coal pillars.

Through a large number of rock mechanics tests and joint surveys on ore rock in mining area of Sanshandao Gold Mine, rock mass quality classification was done on mining area. Dotted pillar method, panel mining room-and-pillar method, lane type working method was adopted in Ⅱgrade, Ⅲgrade、Ⅳgrade rock mass mining separately, then stability analysis was done on mining area by finite element numerical software. Surrounding rock variation characteristics after mining were obtained, while it provides theoretical basis for safety and high efficiency mining of mining area.

To meet the target of Kailin Group to be bigger and stronger, production capacity of Yongshaba mine should reachs 2 million t/a, which could be realized with multiple middle pieces mining together. Filling mining area is needed to control settlement of mining area when 2~5 middle pieces mining together. Evolution mechanisms of tunnel surrounding rock loose circle in no layered rock mass and layered rock mass were simulated. Tunnel surrounding rock damage softening and crack initiation, propagation and coalescence until chamber destroyed and became unstable process in layered rock mass of bedding angle were obtained. Through analysis on the ore properties of the extremely refractory surrounding iron ore in JISCO, there are many iron mineral species but low grade. And its main reasons for difficulty to concentrate are higher degree of oxidation and fine particle size of the iron minerals. Experimental researches are carried out by three flow-sheets of stage grinding-single high intensity magnetic separation, stage grinding-high intensity magnetic separation-cationic reverse flotation, stage grinding-high intensity magnetic separation-gravity separation-cationic reverse flotation. The optimal process of stage grinding-high intensity magnetic separation-reverse flotation is determined. Then the optimal process was applied into the pilot verification tests, and the optimum concentration results were achieved ultimately.

In the light of the process mineralogy characteristics of a low-grade magnetite in Yunnan, the process of dry primary concentration with magnetic pulley-three-stage grinding-five-stage low intensity magnetic separation was determined by the tests to make research on single native magnetite with TFe grade of 19.68% (magnetic iron grade of only 7.57%). Finally, good technical indicators of iron concentrate with TFe grade of 68.07% and recovery of 45.14% (37.16% in raw ore) were obtained.

Seepage damage of tailings stacking dam is one of the important reason for causing tailings dam dam-break accident, dewatering technology of radial well has been gradually applied in eliminating seepage and strengthening engineering of tailings stacking dam. To find out mechanical characteristics between main well and contact surface of tailings, concentric test device and test method which based on the own research, lab experimental study results of typical tailings sample are introduced, especially relations between friction coefficient and density of tailings stem, and calculation methods of practical normal force at different depth and so on had been studied experimentally.

20 m×20 m large stirred tanks are required transport to west Australia integrally. Single bottom plate of trough body is liable deformed and causes the destroy of tank during slinging. To solve the above mention problem, multiplexed bottom which composed of H-profile welded at lower part of tank bottom could enhances the stiffness of bottom and reduces its deformation, meanwhile multiplexed bottom structure reduces the whole centre of gravity of tank greatly, and makes it more stable in ocean shipping process.
