    According to the main problems which exist in the mine management, WebGIS system structures were studied. Related technologies of mix-mode mine management information system based on C/S and B/S were set up. A mine information management system which could manage the large mine geological information data was set up. And it can monitor the mine geological information dynamically and could make early-warning and necessary measures. Meanwhile, it also can search and calculate of mine reserves from perspective of realization and practice application of mine management information system. Success of system development will provide a simple for similar system development of other mines in China with strong demonstration significance.

    To predict the coal production in China, one-dimensional linear regression prediction model and GM(1,1)model were established separately, the predicted results were comparative analyzed. The result shows that prediction accuracy of GM(1,1)model is much higher than one-dimensional linear regression prediction model, which is much suitable to predict the development trend of coal production in China. Coal Production prediction result of GM(1,1)model indicates that coal production in China will show a stable increasing trend in the future 2 years. The production is 3.483 billion ton and 3.782 billion ton, and the growth rate is 7.5% and 8.5%, respectively.

    By molecular mechanics simulated and caculated the action between Cu2+ and sphalerite, the interaction of the surface of sphalerite after the action of Cu2+ with butyl xanthate. The results show that Cu2+ can activate the flotation of sphalerite, the adsorption of Cu2+ on sphalerite may be regarded as chemical adsorption, after sphalerite activated by Cu2+ ,copper and zinc have interacted with butyl xanthate. Flotation tests and XPS analysis verify the conclusions made by molecular mechanics, and prove that molecular mechanics method can be used to reveal the activation mechanism of mineral flotation.

    The effect of surface active agent to bacterial leaching and the adsorption law leaching chalcopyrite under different pulp density, particles, primary pH value were studied. The results show that in the initial phase, the bacterial adsorption quantity increases along with time, in the stationary phase, over 90% bacteria are adsorbed on the surface of ores. When the leaching time is extended, the bacterial adsorbance will decrease. The surface active agent tween-20 can accelerate the oxidative dissolution of chalcopyrite, promote the leaching speed, but can't promote the leaching rate, tween-20 also can inhibit the leaching process and baleful to the growth of bacteria when above the critical value.

    According to the oxided copper ore with above 93% oxidizing tatio in Yunnan province, through a variety of measures, such as sulphidization by multi-stage addition of sodium sulfide, sulphidizing flotation of time division, controlling sodium sulfide dosages, and the time of sulphidizing flotation, carried on a serial flotation test in laboratory. The comprehensive grade of copper reaches to 14.52% through the experiment, the recovery rate reaches to 72.29% in Copper concentrate; the comprehensive grade of silver reaches to 366.7 g/t, the recovery rate reaches to 48.07% in silver concentrate, get a good beneficiation technical indicators, and provid the reasonable Science references for similar mines in dealing with copper ores.

    The GM (1,1) model in the Grey Theory can make a good deal with original deformation measured datas, but it can not deal well with observed objects deformation law prediction with few data. A re-adjustment to affinity coefficient in flat fire was made, and then the unbalanced explicit value was got. Weight of original data series to new data series was discussed. In order to much closer to the deformation values produced by practice deformation law, generated formula of free weights was given.

    Slope stability influence factors layer structure model was established by combined with practical situation of Shibao iron mine and using analytical hierarchy process. 14 influence factors which effect slope stability were analysis, quantitative calculation and rank, and then consistency check was done. The influence weight of each factors were general ranked, and the main effect factors of slope stability were found out. It can provide basis for maintenance and management of mine slope.

    According to the geology of a gold deposit, rock quality evaluation was done on unstable tunnel by using fuzzy optimal classification method. The stability of surrounding rock mass of tunnel could divided into three zones: safety zone, dangerous zone and unstable zone. The RQD was 87%, 78% and 57%, respectively, Rc was 240.1、137.1 and 85.4MPa, respectively, Fuzzy optimal classification method confirmed that surrounding rock mass stability at safety zone was Ⅲ. And dangerous zone was between Ⅲ to Ⅳ and unstable zone was Ⅳ. On the basis of this, reinforcement scheme of dangerous and unstable zone were optimized by using fuzzy multiple objectives decision making, and it was verified by using numerical simulation method. The reinforcement effect was analyzed. It can provide a certain scientific basis for further field construction.

    Three different situations of 7521 coal face tunnel driving of Yaoqiao coal mine were simulated using UDEC. Numerical results show that 7521 tunnel surrounding rock mass has once mining influence and little effects produced to tunnel when driving ahead of mining; 7521 tunnel surrounding rock mass has twice mining influence, and the second mining occurred after first mining when mining ahead of driving, the influence to tunnel is much greater; under the condition of driving and mining at same time, 7521 tunnel surrounding rock mass has twice mining influence, but the stress superposition would produced as effected by twice mining when the first was still unsteady, so the influence to tunnel was great. Site mine pressure situation and tunnel surface displacement curves show that driving ahead of mining scheme was most beneficial to the stability of tunnel.

    Surrounding rock mass of deep red shale tunnel in Maluping mine were mostly vertical displacement after excavation under the condition of no support. Horizontal displacement and vertical displacement of red shale tunnel were suppressed effectively after adopted new extension type grouted rock bolt and base angle bolting. Rib spalling and roof caving problems of red shale deep tunnel of this mine were solved.

    Gas hazard has influenced the normal production of coal mine. Especially gas hazard in goaf is one of the key of mine disasters prevention and control currently in mining process of thick coal seam of high gas. Taken the fully mechanized coal face goaf of Sihe mine in Jin City of Shanxi province as the research object, goaf gas extraction numerical model of Sihe coal mine was constructed after analysis of gas extraction situation, gas emission law of working face, proportion of goaf gas emission to working face gas emission, extraction gas method of buried tube of goaf and extraction parameters. Through analysis and contrast the numerical results of gas migration distribution law, goaf gas buried tube extraction technology parameters of Sihe coal mine was obtained. It has a certain guiding significance for Sihe coal mine goaf gas extraction efficiency.
