    Filling method is adopted to control the ground pressure of underground stope of Sanshandao gold deposit at present, mechanized large-scale trackless equipments is combined, takes the leading role in China. Cement and classified tailings are the main binder backfill material of Sanshandao gold deposit, cement sand ratio generally show 1∶8~1∶16, backfill concentration is around 65%, how to ensure mining-filling balance is the important issue facing at present. Meanwhile, reducing the cement proportion of backfill and improving the backfill strength are the main direction in future study.

    To study the stability of strip mining coal pillar and influence to surface under the condition of different recovery coefficient,numerical simulation software FLAC3D and Tecplot were adopted, vertical stress distribution of different mining and pillar width strip  coal pillar and maximum surface subsidence were studied. The results indicated: sustentive pressure of coal pillar per unit area presented linear increase with the increase of recovery coefficient; shape of stress isoline of stress concentration area at edge of coal pillar presented changes from saddle to platform shaped than arched, platform shaped could be judged as the mark and critical point from stability to instability of coal pillar; formula between maximum surface subsidence and strip mining stoping rate and formula between maximum vertical stress and recovery coefficient were established based on simulation calculation results, provided scientific basis for relative calculation in future.

    Numerical simulation calculation analysis was done on stope ground pressure of a layer of cu-ni ore of a group by using 3-d finite element simulation calculation method, and verified with site observation result, changing result of dynamic ground pressure with the development of engineering was obtained, which provided basis for optimization of stope parameters and mining technology and efficient safe production realization.

    Sinosteel Maanshan Institute of Mining Research Co.,Ltd To the low grade iron ores from masteel nanshan mine area, taking completed Ultra-fine crushing circuit flow sheet with high pressure grinding roll, composed of high pressure grinding roll and wet-rough magnetic machine, can decrease the crushing size from -20 mm to -3 mm, realize the dressing idea of "more crushing and less grinding, energy-saving and cost-reducing". Ultra-fine with high pressure grinding roll, wet classification, pre-selecting rough particle size and discarding waste are important breakthrough to low grade iron ores. Pre-election of rough concentrate with staged grinding, using high efficient magnetic machines can get high grade iron concentrate even though the grade of feed ores are low.

    For a potassium feldspar ore in Fujian, first using high gradient magnetic separator for removal of iron, then under the acidic conditions (pH=2~3), obtained feldspar concentrates containing K2O 9.75% and Na2O 4.36% afte feldspar-quartz flotation separation. In order to further improve the quality of potassium feldspar, using sodium chloride as inhibitors, realize the potassium feldspar and albite separation, eventually obtaining potassium feldspar concentrates including K2O 13. 01%, Na2O 2.18% and 0.17%Fe2O3.

    Support vector machine showed its specific advantage on nonlinear and high dimensional model recognition problem solving. Aiming at dam deformation had characteristic of strong nonlinear and problems like local minimum and over fitting exist in traditional neural network model prediction, support vector machine was used in dam deformation prediction. Took the deformation monitoring data of a dam as the example,  SVM prediction model established, support vector machine model and neural network model were compared and analyzed. The result indicated, the precision of this model was high, which could be used in dam deformation monitoring analysis very well.

    Combined with single-row hole curtain grouting parameters selection and grouting construction results of zhongguan iron ore curtain grouting engineering, analysis and study were done by using unit permeable rate change curve, discreteness analysis, inspection hole testing result analysis and observation hole water level observation data. Study indicated: selection of single-row hole curtain grouting parameters and construction in mine curtain grouting were reasonable, and had a good grouting effects.

    Study of disturbing effects of mining activity to thick aqueous soil layer could provided scientific guarantee basis for safety mining of hidden mine below thick aqueous soil layer and had practical significance.Took 13021 working face of a coal mine at Yongcheng in Henan province as the study model, engineering geological model established through relative geological conditions and by means of finite element method, relative study was done on stress path and strength characteristics of specific monitoring position at bottom aquifer in mining process, the result indicated stress state and volumetric strain of each points were both controlled by working face advancing distance, which explained changing mechanism of mining water pressure at a certain degree.

    Embedded underground application software design of mine rescue communication system was proposed since the communication between underground rescue site and command center was delay, and the rescue efficiency was low. System function of hardware software structure was realizated based on S3C6410 platform and embedded WinCE 6.0 as operation system in VS2005 development environment, including video display, three party service(volume adjustment), environment parameters display, danger alarming and data storage block. Modularization was realized by adopt multithread, including receive-thread(receive audio and video data and environment parameters information data),thread display, alert thread judgment. Environmental and video and audio information of underground rescue progress conveyed to first-aid staff and underground base station and rescue command center instantaneously and accurately,was helpful to command center on master underground site rescue situation instantaneously and command implement more effectively.

    According to the character and nature of sulfur concentrate from a factory, adopted the method of direct floatation and fine grinding. The experiments show that under the optimal conditions, the grade of concentrate is 15.17% and the recovery rate is 83.75%,the grade of gold concentrate is 37.81g/t and the recovery rate is 45.26%.
