3d Mine visualization model technology has entered a new development stage with the rising of digital mine. Mining area ground model, orebody model and roadway model were constructed in Wuwei Mine by using 3d Mine mining engineering software. Mine ground terrain, orebody space form, shaft and tunnel engineering arrangements and spatial position relation would be understood more visually by means of 3d visualization model, would be helpful to mining and development methods optimal selection and mine engineering optimized arrangement, has important significance to mine safe production, reasonable utilization of mine resources and mine long-term development.

Stability of overlying strata at goaf under condition of open-underground combined mining had been a key issue in mining engineering technology. Practice situation of a mine in Ordos were analyzed and calculated by using KB LuPeinie theory estimation method, structural mechanics theory calculation method, Platts arch theory estimation method and numerical simulation method, numerical simulation was done on different goaf span and top plate thickness, though combine of several calculating methods and practice production situation, reasonable minimum safe thickness value of overlying strata at different goaf span was obtained, provided reference for reasonable goaf overlying strata thickness design of mine, had important guiding significance for safe production of open-underground combined mining.

In order to reveal the effect of excavation to surrounding rock deformation, Mengxi coal mine conveying tunnel was simulated by adopt finite difference method, and the three-dimensional model was set up, the figure of plastic zones , displacement and stress distribution of conveying tunnel was obtained by step 1,3,5 analysis. Research results indicated, excavation was one of the influence factors to surrounding rock deformation, provided theoretical basis for theoretical design of supporting scheme and practical application of engineering.

In order to make an effective recovery of such valuable elements as copper, sulfur and iron etc. from tailings of Nanjing Iron & Steel Company, the flotation tests on these tailings are made. Good comprehensive recovery index are obtained, including copper concentrate with copper grade of 10.31% and recovery of 46.44%, sulfur concentrate with sulfur grade of 37.46% and recovery of 75.43%, and iron concentrate with Fe grade of 65.72% and recovery of 13.28%.

A copper-lead-zinc mine in Sichuan belongs to the multi-metal sulfide with the feature of easy to concentration but difficult to separation. Silver associated with the minerals are mainly enriched into lead concentrate in dressing process to realize a comprehensive recovery. Due to a large number of pyrite existing in minerals, it is easily floated with the activation of copper ions generated by secondary copper sulfide, which makes lead-zinc-sulfur difficult to separate. The explorative experiments on a gold mine mainly consisting of pyrite and chalcopyrite with gold grade of 1.53g / t are made to focus on the recovery of sulfide metal minerals and to determine the flotation conditions by combining sodium carbonate pulping with Ammonium dibuyldithiophosphate + butyl xanthate. The optimum conditions with grinding fineness of -200 mesh 65.05%, the dosage of sodium carbonate 1 000 g / t, the ratio of ammonium dibuyldithiophosphate and butyl xanthate of 1∶3 at the dosage of 60 g/t are got from the testing. In open-circuit tests, the process of one-roughing, three-cleaning and one-scavenging is adopted, but the higher gold grade results in high gold grade in tailings. Hence, the closed-circuit test process of one-roughing, two-cleaning and two scavenging is adopted, obtaining flotation gold concentrate with Au grade of 70.26 g / t and gold recovery of 92.30%.

Aiming at underground mine light uneven, much noise was interfused in S3C6410 field information recorder during collection and transmission of image, the picture was fuzzy and contrast ratio was low. Noise source of this system collection port was analyzed, several classical wavelet threshold de-noising method were compared based on wavelet threshold de-noising theory proposed by Donoho, de-noising effect of peak signal noise ratio was obtained, image enhance method of adaptive wavelet threshold de-noising and histogram modification combination was proposed. The performance was good and the image quality was improved with noise removing from CCD camera.
