Abstract: In order to solve the problem of cleaning permanent ferrite magnetic tile，a high pressure spray cleaning machine for permanent ferrite magnetic tile was developed. It mainly includes the cleaning machine support frame and sorting table set at the front and back. The support frame of the cleaning machine is successively equipped with belt conveying mechanism，magnetic tile conveying drive mechanism and cleaning bin. The cleaning bin is equipped with back plate，which is divided into spraying bin and air drying bin through partition plate. The back plate is equipped with combined guide rail that runs through the spraying bin and the air drying bin. Several pressure strips are set above the combined guide rail along the conveying direction. A number of spray nozzles and air drying nozzles installed on the back plate are respectively arranged above and below the combined guide rails in the spray bin and the air drying bin. The high pressure spray washer for permanent magnetic ferrite magnetic tile can not only effectively solve the problem of magnetic tile cleaning，but also seamlessly connect the grinding machine production line and sorting process，effectively improving production efficiency and reducing labor costs.
