Abstract: Constructing a scientific and reasonable green mining evaluation system is an effective way to promote the development of green mining. On the basis of defining the connotation of green mining，according to the "pressure-state-response" analysis framework，twenty-six indicators were selected to construct the green mining development evaluation index system from six aspects including resource constraint， environmental constraint，social development concept，economic output，social output，technical support and management support，so as to guide and promote the development of green mining.
