Abstract: Through the effective integration of the geological survey and mining system，the geological pre-judgment system of the comprehensive ore blending，and the production quality management system，the mine production control system is established to achieve the integration of the underlying data， and the global sharing of information such as planning，quality，and measurement，which plays a support⁃ ing role in mine production organization，production guarantee，production scheduling，and decision-mak⁃ ing. Industry 4.0，intelligent manufacturing and other advanced concepts and mobile Internet，big data and other new technologies into the production management and business process，to further promote the deep integration of information and industrialization，improve the company's core competitiveness，innovative management model for the production of integrated collaborative management and operation platform.
