Abstract: According to the problems of hysteresis，easy plugging and difficult cleaning of caving trough in the existing filling system of Baixiangshan Iron Mine，combined with the characteristics of the existing process，from the aspects of intelligent control system，technology implementation and process transformation，an intelligent technology control system for one-key filling was constructed. The system includes automatic operation of filling production，linkage monitoring of production water pump，multi-pa⁃ rameter coupling control，control and transportation of filling slurry concentration. Practice has proved that the intelligent control system of one-key filling in Baixiangshan Iron Mine has achieved good results，the filling efficiency has been improved，the labor cost has been reduced by 30 %，and the stability and pro⁃ duction efficiency of the filling system have been guaranteed.
