Abstract: Local ventilation is required for long-distance single-head roadway excavation during mine infrastructure construction and production. Due to the limited space of the local working environment in the mine,there are high requirements for the air supply distance,operating efficiency and operating noise of the local ventilator. The blade of the new tilting-sweping FKD mine local ventilator adopts a tilting-sweping counter-rotating structure design. The blade profile adopts a progressive arc-shaped structure,and the an‐ gle adopts a tilting-sweping structure. The angle is optimized at 10°~50°,and the range of variation is wide. Through the change of the above blade shape and angle parameters,the fan has the advantages of high effi‐ ciency,energy saving,low operation noise and convenient installation and disassembly. The performance test data of field standard test show that the design performance curve of the ventilator is stable,and the air volume,air pressure and efficiency of the effective working range reach the design goal,which can meet the performance requirements of local ventilator for mine infrastructure ventilation and underground long-dis‐ tance single-head roadway excavation in metal mines.
