Abstract:

The frequent deviation of SSJ-1000 belt conveyor was occurred during the driving of 5210

in Tongxin Mine，which led to the high rate of belt tearing and belt breaking and the serious amount of coal

spreading. By analyzing the deviation mechanism of belt conveyor and the harm caused by deviation，a com⁃

prehensive deviation correction system of "roller correction + electronic control correction device" was put

forward. According to the field application effect，after the new correction system was put into use，the belt

conveyor deviation accident rate was reduced to less than 5%，the conveyor maintenance cost was reduced

by 247 000 yuan，and the technical problems such as the difficulty of belt conveyor deviation correction，

high conveyor deviation failure rate and short conveyor service life were effectively solved，and remarkable

application results were achieved.
