In order to improve the automatic coverage of concentrator equipment,in some under⁃ ground mine concentrator,when the raw ore humidity is high and the belt feeding port is blocked,it is nec⁃ essary to manually adjust the eccentric iron block of the vibration motor to change its vibration amplitude,so as to dreg the blocking of the feeding funnel. The vibration motor is studied by adopting the frequency con⁃ version speed control method. A frequency conversion speed regulation control system is designed. Accord⁃ ing to the humidity of the raw materials at the discharge port of the silo,there is no need to stop the ma⁃ chine,and the frequency conversion speed control system automatically controls the vibration amplitude of the vibration motor through a local or remote given speed,so that the blanking is smooth and the blocking phenomenon of the blanking port is avoided. The system enables remote start/stop and data display synchro⁃ nization,and can also be extended to use the touch screen for remote display and control. After the system is put into use,the equipment runs smoothly,the system structure is simple,the maintenance is convenient, and it has high practical value and popularization value.
