Rapid Retreat Technology Practice of High Gas Inflammable Fully Mechanized Caving Face in Dashitou Coal Mine

Abstract: Dashuitou Coal Mine,Gansu Jingyuan Coal Industry and Electricity Power Co.,Ltd.) Abstract There are probabily many problems in the final withdrawal of fully mechanized caving face of high gas flammable coal seam,such as large mine pressure,deformation of roadway,fire on the old pool side,rise of gas,complicated process of withdrawal equipment,long route of transportation system,high labor intensity of workers and high probability of injury.By optimizing production technology,innovating support transportation mode,strengthening equipment management,cooperating with comprehensive fire prevention and other methods,the equipment withdrawal project of 104 fully mechanized caving face east of Dashuitou Coal Mine was completed safely and efficiently in 23 days,12 days ahead of the planned construction period,and the occurrence of harmful gas overlimit and other spontaneous combustion symptoms during the withdrawal period of highly flammable fully mechanized caving face was effectively avoided, which has good reference value and guiding significance for safety management and safe and efficient withdrawal during final mining of fully mechanized caving face.
