Abstract: In order to better study and analyze the characteristics of gold mineralization and its output in the Kulutielieketi area, the fractured altered rock type gold deposit and porphyry-skarn type polymetal⁃ lic deposit are taken as the main targets in the study area, and the prospecting target areas are delineated by large-scale geological survey, areal geochemical exploration, geophysical and geochemical exploration section and trough exploration. The results show that four alteration zones were found in this area, and five gold bodies with gold grade(0.1~0.6)×10-6 were ringed. The length of surface gold bodies was 100~320 m and the thickness was 0.8~7.1 m. The mineralized bodies are produced in vein and stratiform form, and mainly occur in the limonized and carbonated microcrystalline limestone in the lower part of Keltasi Group of Qingbaikou System. Vein rocks are commonly interspersed near the strata, and quartz carbonate rocks are the main ore-controlling structure. The NW faulted structure is the main ore-controlling structure, which has the typical characteristics of Carlin-type gold deposits, that is,the ore-bearing surrounding rocks are carbonate and clastic rocks. The ore-bearing element combination is mainly Au-As-Cu-W-Mo- Sb with low grade and large scale.
