Study on Stope Structural Parameters of Deep Shrinkage Method Based on Multi-index Evaluation Model

Abstract: In order to control the ground pressure of deep mining in Dongtangzi lead-zinc mine and reduce the loss of ore resources,based on the numerical simulation method,the stope structure parameters were optimized by orthogonal test. According to the numerical simulation results,the displacement of the upper and lower plate roof,the area of the tensile zone and the tensile stress value are selected as the evalu⁃ ation indexes of the stope stability,and a multi-index comprehensive evaluation model is established to ex⁃ plore the sensitivity of the structural parameters of the stope,so as to guide the optimization of the structur⁃ al parameters of the stope. The study shows that the length of room strike is the most sensitive to the stabili⁃ ty of stope,followed by the thickness of top pillar. In the preliminary scheme of stope structural parame⁃ ters,the thickness of the pillar is 10 m,the length of the room is 38 m,and the thickness of the top pillar is 8 m. At this time,the stress concentration of the upper and lower roofs is significantly reduced. Because of the need to excavate a patio with a diameter of 2 m in the pillar,it will cause the compressive stress con⁃ centration of the shaft wall,so the thickness of the pillar is increased to 12 m.
