Abstract: It is very common to build transfer yard near mountain in mining. In order to realize the ef⁃ ficient and safe operation of the transfer yard in the dry separation plant of Heshangqiao Iron Mine，a safe and intelligent unloading platform for the dumper truck was developed independently in the view of the problems such as easy overturning，low efficiency of pushing and discharging，serious dust pollution and poor working environment of the rack head. The intelligent platform achieve the effect including safe and re⁃ liable，low cost，durable，fast moving installation，short construction period，low power in dust suppres⁃ sion. by setting the discharging platform，limit retaining wall，mark pole，sensors，indicating lights，coun⁃ terweight lump，spray dust suppression device system.The research has a universal significance for mine using similar open assignments.
