Abstract: In the work of the enterprise safety management double prevention system，the construc⁃ tion path of the system is limited to the application of the construction template in the enterprise against the local standard，and the evaluation of the construction results is limited to the quantitative calculation of the score value assigned by the scoring standard，resulting in the safety management is still limited in the stan⁃ dard formulation and implementation level，the lack of in-depth theoretical research.Taking the double pre⁃ vention system construction of Hualian Mining Company as an example，this paper quantitatively calculates the scores and final evaluation levels of each level index in the construction of the double prevention system by using quantitative model method，determines the evaluation levels of the system construction through the calculation results，and identifies the weak links in the system construction.At the same time，through the use of AHP and extension theory model to evaluate the construction results of the double prevention system of Hualian Mining Company，verify the correctness of the evaluation indicators in the assessment method of the double prevention system，which provides the reference of similar study.
