Abstract: In order to improve the recovery rate of a high-arsenic and high-sulfur refractory gold ore in Inner Mongolia,in view of the characteristics of low gold and silver grade,high arsenic-sulfur content, and fine-grained inclusion of the target minerals,the process mineralogy was analyzed,and the strains were domesticated. Bacterial heap leaching oxidation,oxidation slag gold extraction and other exploratory experimental research. The research has determined the bacterial heap leaching pretreatment-cyanide leaching process route. The refractory gold ore resource finally obtained arsenic oxidation rate of 60.45%, iron oxidation rate of 23.40%,sulfur oxidation rate of 48.32%,gold leaching rate of 77.10%,and silver leaching rate 72.73%. Compared with the conventional beneficiation and smelting process,the gold leach⁃ ing rate can be increased by more than 20 percentage points,which provides a feasible technical route for the recovery of such ore gold and silver valuable elements.
