Abstract: In order to rationally develop and utilize a certain hematite mineral resource and provide technical reference for the subsequent beneficiation process，a systematic experimental study on the benefi⁃ ciation process was carried out according to the properties and characteristics of this ore. The test results show that the iron concentrate with a grade of more than 55% can be obtained by using the raw ore-grind⁃ ing（-0.076mm 95%）-strong magnetic separation process; the raw ore-grinding（-0.076mm 95%）-spiral chute gravity separation process and raw ore-grinding（-0.076mm 95%）-strong magnetic-spiral chute gravity separation process can obtain iron concentrate with a grade of more than 58%.
