Abstract: A lowgrade silverleadzinc multimetal sulfide ore contains 74 g/t of silver,0.36% of lead, and 0.82% of zinc. The silver minerals are mainly fragile silver ore and argyrite, the lead minerals are mainly galena, the zinc minerals are mainly sphalerite, the main gangue minerals are quartz, followed by muscovite, chlorite and potassium feldspar. The silverleadzinc minerals in the ore are all partially being oxideized, most of the leadzinc minerals are coarse in grain size, and a few are finegraind, silver is distributed in lead, zinc, sulfur and other minerals, and the grain size is relatively fine.In order to determine the process flow,a beneficiation test was carried out.The results indicated that at the grinding fineness of 55% passing 74 μm,via silverlead combined floatation first and then zinc floatation, finally sulfur flotation test to treat the ore.Silverlead concentrate which contains 8 515 g/t silver,51.64% lead and 4.61% zinc, the recoveries are 42.41%,56.04% and 2.15% respectively.Zinc concentrate which contains 45.47% zinc,1 692 g/t silver and 3.48% lead, the recoveries are 69.63%,27.71% and 12.42% respectively.Sulfur concentrate which contains 43.79% sulfur,781 g/t silver, the recoveries are 10.56% and 5.63% respectively.
