Abstract: Aba Mining highpurity iron powder has high content of silicon and aluminum,they affect the value of the product.In order to reduce the content of silicon and aluminum in iron concentrate,the technology of improving quality and reducing silicon and aluminum was studied.The results show that,after grinding to 0.063~0 mm,the sample is subject to low intensity magnetic separation,harmonic magnetic separation,magnetic separation column magnetic separation,one roughing and one cleaning reverse flotation,high purity iron concentrate with Fe,SiO2 and Al2O3 contents of 72.38%,0.099% and 0.131% respectively can be obtained,and the secondary iron concentrate with Fe,SiO2 and Al2O3 contents of 71.58%,0375% and 0.220%,respectively.
