Abstract: In order to solve the development problems of serious staff aging,backward production equipment,great employment pressure of the subordinate collective enterprise of Nanshan Mine,a new model of resources integration based on asset integration,business integration,personnel integration and management integtration is proposed.The practice resutls show that the business difficulties has been reversed,the harmonious and stable sitation in the mining area is maintained,the transformation development of the subordinate collective enterprise of Nanshan Mine is promoted,besides that,it can provide reliable reference for the similar mines.
