Abstract: The lead and zinc grade of a low grade microfine particle lead zinc ore in Guangxi province are 0.95% and 3.01%.The embedded size of lead and zinc minerals are very fine,which mainly existing in galena and blende,and iron and barite could be comprehensive recovered.In order to develop this ore resource reasonably,processing experiment was carried out.To balance the contradiction between overgrinding and monomer separation of objective mineral,rod milling was chosen. Equal settling ratio theory was adopted to determine proper sieving classification size.Lead concentrate with lead grade of 53.07% and recovery of 78.76%,zinc concentrate with zinc grade of 63.71% and recovery of 83.54% were obtained via classification shaking table gravity separationmagnetic separation.At the same time,iron concentrate and barite concentrate were also recovered.The whole flow did not need reagent,and the high efficiency and friendly to environment separation was realized.
