Study on the Influence of Inducing Air Flow upon Dust Cleaning of Pulse-jet Cartridge Filter

Abstract: The influence of mutual change among injection pressure, induced flow and induced distance upon filter shell dust cleaning effect was studied by adopt theoretical model analysis and experimental method. The result indicated, on the condition of other parameters remained unchanged, induced air flow of any section was proportional to induced distance, average flow velocity of section was inversely proportional to induced distance, filter shell dust cleaning effect depended on the result of interaction between them; test verified lateral pressure peak value of filter shell from pulse induced flow formed by φ6 mm supersonic nozzle was about 2~3 times than φ4 mm nozzle when the induced distance was 150 mm.
