充气膜结构在海南某铜精矿混矿项目中的应用及关键技术研究

摘要: 为了解决有色金属行业仓储设施中传统大跨度钢结构厂房与骨架膜结构厂房难以 完全杜绝粉尘逸散且建设周期长等问题,以海南某铜精矿混矿项目为例,将充气膜结构应用于该 项目的配送中心,针对其抗台风能力、内部环境控制系统、物流与人流的安全管控、智能化监控运 维等关键问题进行了研究。研究结果表明:充气膜结构具有卓越的防台风性能与环保密闭性,且 建设周期较短、综合成本较低、适用性较强,能够为有色金属行业原料、产品的环保存储及清洁生 产提供理想的解决方案。

Abstract: In order to solve the problems that the traditional large-span steel structure workshop and skeleton membrane structure workshop in the storage facilities of non-ferrous metal industry are difficult to completely eliminate dust emission and the construction period is long,taking a copper concentrate mixed ore project in Hainan as an example,the inflatable membrane structure is applied to the distribution center of the project,and the key problems such as its anti-typhoon ability,internal environmental control sys⁃ tem,safety control of logistics and human flow,intelligent monitoring and operation and maintenance are studied.The research results show that the inflatable membrane structure has excellent anti-typhoon perfor⁃ mance and environmental protection tightness,and the construction period is short,the comprehensive cost is low,and the applicability is strong. It can provide an ideal solution for the environmental protection storage and clean production of raw materials and products in the non-ferrous metal industry.
