袁家村铁矿高效浓密机驱动头与中心支柱精确安装技术研究

Research on Precise Installation Technology of Driving Head and Central Pillar of High Efficiency Thickener in Yuanjiacun Iron Mine

摘要: 袁家村铁矿为解决高效浓密机传统安装工艺存在的安装基准缺失、定位精度不足、 检测手段落后、工序规范性差、安装周期长、返工率高、运行稳定性不足等问题,适配矿山复杂地形 地质条件、恶劣气候环境及高可靠性选矿工艺运行要求,进行了高效浓密机驱动头与中心支柱精 确安装技术研究。以基准统一化、检测精准化、调整标准化、工序闭环化为技术核心,构建了经纬 仪快速定位、中心支柱双方向垂直度校准、底流锥定位安装、驱动头四方位水平度调控、驱动头与 中心支柱垂线法同轴度检测、驱动笼垂直度与间隙精细调整的全流程精确安装体系,系统消除了 构件加工误差与现场安装误差的叠加影响,实现了高效浓密机核心承载与传动部件的高精度、高 效率、高稳定性安装。工程应用结果表明:该技术可将中心支柱垂直度偏差控制在 1 mm 以内,驱 动头水平度控制在±1 mm 以内,驱动头与中心支柱的同轴度控制在 2 mm 以内,驱动笼滑块与中心 支柱间隙控制在 5 mm 以内;单台设备安装总工期由 324 h压缩至 108 h,施工效率大幅提升,资源消 耗显著降低,工程综合效益明显优化;设备投用后运行平稳、刮泥顺畅、浓缩分离指标稳定,可为袁 家村铁矿选矿系统连续稳定运行与产能高效释放提供关键装备技术支撑,该精确安装工艺填补了 国内大型冶金矿山高效浓密机标准化精确安装技术空白,具备推广应用价值。

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of lack of installation reference,insufficient positioning ac⁃ curacy,backward detection methods,poor process standardization,long installation cycle,high rework rate and insufficient operation stability in the traditional installation process of high-efficiency thickener in Yuanjiacun Iron Mine,the precise installation technology of high-efficiency thickener drive head and cen⁃ tral pillar is studied to adapt to the complex topographic and geological conditions,harsh climatic environ⁃ ment and high reliability beneficiation process operation requirements of the mine.Based on the technical core of benchmark unification,detection precision,adjustment standardization and process closed-loop, the whole process precise installation system of theodolite rapid positioning,two-way verticality calibration of central pillar,positioning and installation of underflow cone,four-way horizontality regulation of driving head,coaxiality detection of driving head and central pillar vertical method,fine adjustment of verticality and clearance of driving cage is constructed. The system eliminates the superposition effect of component processing error and field installation error,and realizes the high-precision,high-efficiency and high-sta⁃ bility installation of core bearing and transmission components of high-efficiency thickener.The engineer⁃ ing application results show that the technology can control the verticality deviation of the central pillar within 1 mm,the horizontality of the drive head installation within ± 1 mm,the coaxiality between the drive head and the central pillar within 2 mm,and the gap between the drive cage slider and the central pillar within 5 mm. The total installation period of single equipment is reduced from 324 h to 108 h,the construction efficiency is greatly improved,the resource consumption is significantly reduced,and the comprehensive benefit of the project is obviously optimized.After the equipment is put into use,the opera⁃ tion is stable,the mud scraping is smooth,and the concentration and separation index is stable. It can pro⁃ vide key equipment technical support for the continuous and stable operation of the ore dressing system and the efficient release of production capacity in Yuanjiacun Iron Mine. The precise installation process fills the gap in the standardized and precise installation technology of high-efficiency thickeners in large metallurgical mines in China,and has the value of popularization and application.
