西非某锂矿资源开发利用试验

摘要: 为了高效利用西非某锂矿资源,针对该矿石中同时含有锂云母和锂辉石的情况,进行 了多组条件试验研究,确定了最佳试验参数。试验结果表明:经过脱泥、云母浮选及锂辉石浮选全流 程闭路试验,获得了Li2O品位2.84%、回收率30.58%的锂云母精矿和Li2O品位5.20%、回收率59.21% 的锂辉石精矿,总Li2O回收率达89.79%,实现了该资源中锂的高效回收。

Abstract: In order to make efficient use of a lithium ore resource in West Africa,in view of the fact that the ore contains both lepidolite and spodumene,multiple sets of conditional tests are carried out to de⁃ termine the optimal test parameters.The results show that the lepidolite concentrate with Li2O grade of 2.84% and recovery rate of 30.58% and the spodumene concentrate with Li2O grade of 5.20% and recovery rate of 59.21% are obtained through the whole process closed-circuit test of desliming,mica flotation and spodu⁃ mene flotation. The total Li2O recovery rate is 89.79%,which realizes the efficient recovery of lithium in this resource.
