某低品位菱铁矿焙烧—磁选工艺试验

摘要: 为了高效开发利用低品位菱铁矿资源,分析了低品位菱铁矿的特性、选矿难点及焙 烧—磁选工艺的应用现状,并以某低品位菱铁矿石为研究对象,进行了焙烧—磁选工艺试验研究,与 单一磁选、重选以及浮选工艺进行了工艺对比。通过对菱铁矿在不同焙烧温度、时间、气氛以及磁选 条件下的试验,分析了各因素对铁精矿品位和铁回收率的影响。试验结果表明:在试验确定的最佳 工艺条件下,通过焙烧—磁选工艺,获得了铁品位 53.09%和铁回收率 88.65%的理想铁精矿;焙烧— 磁选工艺较其他单一工艺在铁精矿品位和回收率方面均具有明显的优势,能够实现低品位菱铁矿的 有效富集,可为低品位菱铁矿的有效开发利用提供技术支持和理论依据。

Abstract: In order to efficiently develop and utilize low-grade siderite resources,the characteristics, beneficiation difficulties and application status of roasting-magnetic separation process of low-grade sider⁃ ite are analyzed. Taking a low-grade siderite ore as the research object,the roasting-magnetic separation process is studied,and the process is compared with single magnetic separation,gravity separation and flo⁃ tation process.The effects of various factors on the grade of iron concentrate and iron recovery rate are ana⁃ lyzed by experiments on siderite at different roasting temperatures,time,atmosphere and magnetic separa⁃ tion conditions.The test results show that under the optimum process conditions determined by the test,the ideal iron concentrate with iron grade of 53.09% and iron recovery of 88.65% is obtained by roasting-mag⁃ netic separation process. Compared with other single processes,the roasting-magnetic separation process has obvious advantages in iron concentrate grade and recovery rate,which can realize the effective enrich⁃ ment of low-grade siderite and provide technical support and theoretical basis for the effective development and utilization of low-grade siderite.
