国内某钼钨矿浮选工艺试验

Flotation Process Test of a Domestic Molybdenum Tungsten Ore

摘要: 国内某钼钨矿钼主要为辉钼矿,钨主要为白钨矿,为了确定合理的选矿工艺,在矿石性 质研究的基础上进行了选矿试验研究。试验结果表明:主干流程先进行钼硫全浮选,再进行钨常温 浮选,分别得到钼硫全浮粗精矿和钨粗精矿,其中钼硫全浮精矿通过精选得到钼精矿,钨常温浮选精 矿浓缩后通过加温精选得到白钨精矿,磨矿通过50目筛控制粗粒钼的损失;在原矿WO3品位0.22%、 钼品位 0.43%,磨矿细度-0.074 mm55.21% 的条件下,全流程闭路试验可获得钼品位 46.85%、钼回收 率 93.70% 的钼精矿,WO3品位 65.21%、WO3回收率 68.17% 的钨精矿,实现了钼、钨的有效回收,可为 生产提供技术依据。

Abstract: Molybdenum is mainly molybdenite and tungsten is mainly scheelite in a domestic molyb⁃ denum-tungsten ore. In order to determine a reasonable beneficiation process,the beneficiation test is car⁃ ried out on the basis of the study of ore properties.The test results show that the main process is molybde⁃ num-sulfur full flotation first,then tungsten flotation at room temperature,and molybdenum-sulfur full flo⁃ tation rough concentrate and tungsten rough concentrate are obtained respectively.Molybdenum concentrate is obtained by cleaning selection of molybdenum-sulfur full flotation concentrate,and scheelite concen⁃ trate is obtained by heating and cleaning selection of tungsten flotation concentrate at room temperature af⁃ ter concentration.The loss of coarse molybdenum is controlled by grinding through 50 mesh sieve.Under the conditions of raw ore WO3 grade of 0.22%,molybdenum grade of 0.43%,grinding fineness of -0.074 mm 55.21%,molybdenum concentrate with molybdenum grade of 46.85% and molybdenum recovery of 93.70% can be obtained through the whole process closed-circuit test. Tungsten concentrate with WO3 grade of 65.21% and WO3 recovery of 68.17% is obtained. The effective recovery of molybdenum and tung⁃ sten is realized,which can provide technical basis for production.
