云南某微细粒锡矿选矿工艺试验

摘要: 云南某锡矿为了解决因原矿含锡品位低、矿石含泥量大、嵌布粒度细导致的选别效 果差的问题,根据锡矿石性质和物质组成,进行了选矿工艺流程试验研究。通过对原矿进行脱泥 与不脱泥 2种条件下磨矿、重选工艺流程的对比,确定对原矿采用脱泥后磨矿、重选工艺,有效回收 了部分锡矿物。为进一步提高锡回收率,对重选中矿进行了不同条件下的浮选试验,优化了浮选 条件,最终确定了原矿脱泥—粗磨—磁选除铁—摇床重选—中矿再磨—浮选的联合工艺流程,在 最佳工艺参数及浮选药剂制度下,全流程闭路试验获得了综合精矿锡品位 48.67%、总锡回收率 71.58% 的选别指标。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of poor separation effect caused by low tin grade,large mud content and fine disseminated particle size of raw ore in a tin mine in Yunnan,the beneficiation process test is carried out according to the properties and material composition of tin ore.Through the comparison of the grinding and gravity separation processes under the two conditions of desliming and non-desliming of the raw ore,it is determined that the process of grinding and gravity separation after desliming is adopted for the raw ore,and some tin minerals are effectively recovered.In order to further improve the recovery rate of tin, flotation tests under different conditions are carried out on the gravity separation medium ore,and the flota⁃ tion conditions are optimized. Finally,the combined process flow of raw ore desliming-rough grinding-mag⁃ netic separation iron removal-shaking table gravity separation-medium ore regrinding-flotation is deter⁃ mined.Under the optimum process parameters and flotation reagent system,the sorting index of comprehen⁃ sive concentrate tin grade of 48.67% and the total tin recovery of 71.58% are obtained through the whole pro⁃ cess closed-circuit test.
