提高某铁矿选矿指标工艺试验研究

Process Experiment Study on Improving Beneficiation Index of an Iron Ore

摘要: 为合理开发利用某赤褐铁矿资源及为后续选别工艺提供技术参考依据,针对该矿石 的性质特点进行了系统的选矿工艺试验研究。试验结果表明:采用原矿— 磨矿(-0.076 mm95%)—强磁选工艺,可获得铁品位55%以上的铁精矿;采用原矿—磨矿(-0.076 mm95%)—螺 旋溜槽重选工艺、原矿—磨矿(-0.076 mm95%)—强磁—螺旋溜槽重选工艺,可获得品位58%以上 的铁精矿。

Abstract: In order to rationally develop and utilize a certain hematite mineral resource and provide technical reference for the subsequent beneficiation process,a systematic experimental study on the benefi⁃ ciation process was carried out according to the properties and characteristics of this ore. The test results show that the iron concentrate with a grade of more than 55% can be obtained by using the raw ore-grind⁃ ing(-0.076mm 95%)-strong magnetic separation process; the raw ore-grinding(-0.076mm 95%)-spiral chute gravity separation process and raw ore-grinding(-0.076mm 95%)-strong magnetic-spiral chute gravity separation process can obtain iron concentrate with a grade of more than 58%.
