梅山矿业细粒级预选系统工艺优化研究

摘要: 为降低选矿湿尾量及缓解尾矿堆存压力,梅山矿业针对近年来原矿地质品位逐年下 降及原矿含泥量逐渐增加的问题,对选矿作业中的重选0.5~0 mm细粒级预选系统进行了工艺优 化研究。研究重点对整个重选0.5~0 mm 系统各段工艺进行了详细的取样、考察及研究,并分析 地质品位逐年下降和原矿性质变化对该系统的影响。数据分析结果表明:重选0.5~0 mm系统可 从原矿的矿泥中选别出铁品位50%左右的铁精矿,对降低选矿湿尾量作用巨大,但当前浓缩能力 已达到瓶颈,需要进一步优化。

Abstract: In order to reduce the wet tailings and alleviate the pressure of tailings storage,Meishan Mining has carried out the process optimization research on the 0.5~0 mm fine-grained pre-concentration system of gravity separation in mineral processing,aiming at the problem that the geological grade of raw ore has decreased year by year and the mud content of raw ore has gradually increased in recent years. The research focuses on the detailed sampling,investigation and research of each section of the whole gravity separation 0.5~ 0 mm system,and analyzes the influence of the decrease of geological grade and the change of raw ore properties on the system. The data analysis results show that the iron concentrate with iron grade of about 50% can be separated from the slime of the raw ore by the gravity separation 0.5~0 mm system,which has a great effect on reducing the wet tailings of beneficiation. However,the current concen⁃ tration capacity has reached a bottleneck and needs further optimization.
