某低品位铁矿石选矿工艺试验研究

摘要: 为确定国内某低品位弱磁性铁矿石的开发利用工艺并优化选别指标,针对该矿石进 行了工艺矿物学和磁—浮联合工艺选矿试验研究。通过工艺矿物学研究发现,磁铁矿嵌布粒度分 布较为分散,以中粒为主,属中—细粒不均匀嵌布;矿石中的磁铁矿嵌布特征复杂,嵌布粒度不均 匀,且有部分磁性铁矿物与磁黄铁矿连生,给铁矿选别带来一定的困难。磁—浮联合工艺选矿试 验结果表明:采用预选抛尾—阶段磨矿—阶段磁选—反浮选脱硫联合工艺进行选铁脱硫试验效果 较好,获得了含硫0.39%、TFe 品位65.43%、TFe 回收率71.36%的合格铁精矿。

Abstract: In order to determine the development and utilization process of a low-grade low intensity magnetic iron ore in China and optimize the separation index,the beneficiation tests of process mineralogy and magnetic-flotation combined process were carried out for the ore.Through process mineralogy research, it is found that the particle size distribution of magnetite is relatively dispersed,mainly medium particles, belonging to medium-fine particle uneven distribution.The dissemination characteristics of magnetite in ore are complex,the dissemination particle size is uneven,and some magnetic iron minerals are associated with pyrrhotite,which brings certain difficulties to iron ore separation.The results of magnetic-flotation com⁃ bined process show that the combined process of pre-separation tailings discarding-stage grinding-stage magnetic separation-reverse flotation desulfurization has good effect on iron desulfurization,and qualified iron concentrate with sulfur content of 0.39%,TFe grade of 65.43% and TFe recovery of 71.36% is obtained.
