李官集铁矿采场顶板稳定性分析及控制研究

摘要: 以李官集铁矿-400 m 中段3 号采场顶板支护为工程背景,对比《工程岩体分级标 准》,将-400 m中段3 号采场岩体划分为质量较差的Ⅳ级岩体,通过对破碎顶板失稳模式及机理分 析,确定采用树脂锚杆的支护方式对顶板进行加固。利用FLAC3D 数值模拟方法分析采场支护前 后顶板稳定性,得出顶板岩层位移场与应力场变化特征及塑性区扩展规律。结果表明:使用锚杆 支护后顶板岩层移动下沉量从未支护32 cm降低至16 cm,覆岩塑性区高度由未支护的9.6 m下降 至6.4 m,证明该支护方式可以有效控制顶板位移,研究成果可以为类似矿山采场支护提供借鉴。

Abstract: Taking the roof support of No.3 stope in -400 m middle section of Liguanji Iron Mine as the engineering background,and comparing with the classification standard of engineering rock mass,the rock mass of No. 3 stope in -400m middle section is divided into Grade IV rock mass with poor quality. Through the analysis of the instability mode and mechanism of broken roof,it is determined to adopt the support method of resin bolt to strengthen the roof. Using FLAC3D numerical simulation method to analyze the stability of roof before and after stope support,the variation characteristics of displacement field and stress field of roof slate and the expansion law of plastic zone are obtained. The results show that after the use of bolt support,the movement and subsidence of roof strata are reduced from unsupported 32 cm to 16 cm,and the height of overburden plastic zone is reduced from unsupported 9.6 m to 6.4 m,which proves that this support method can effectively control the roof displacement,and the research results can provide reference for similar mine stope support.
