基于压密层保护的破碎围岩掘进巷道支护技术

摘要: 针对破碎围岩巷道支护成本高、易遭地压破坏等难题,以海南铁矿保秀矿区为工程 背景,提出了保护巷道加密层的精细支护概念。根据钻孔探测图像显示,破碎围岩巷道自表面向 岩体内部可依次分为内碎裂层、压密层、外碎裂层与原岩层,掘进爆破过程形成压密层,其内外裂 隙获得扩展空间进一步发展,形成内外碎裂层,导致巷道冒顶破坏。根据这一机理,破碎围岩巷道 围岩精细支护的关键在于保护加密层的稳定性和限制裂隙围岩的碎胀空间,提出了锚网喷浆+锚 索适时支护形式,并在保秀矿区破碎围岩巷道进行了试验。结果表明:锚网喷浆+锚索适时支护形 式,即锚网喷浆紧跟工作面支护、根据地压显现速度掘进3~5 个循环锚索二次支护,能够高度适应 保秀矿区破碎围岩巷道的地压破坏规律,有效保障了破碎围岩巷道的稳定性。

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of high support cost and easy to be damaged by ground pressure in fractured rock roadway,taking Baoxiu mining area of Hainan Iron Mine as the engineering background, the concept of fine support based on compaction layer protection is proposed. According to the borehole de⁃ tection image,the fractured rock roadway could be divided into internal fragmentation layer,compaction layer,external fragmentation layer and original rock layer from the surface to the inside of the rock mass. The compaction layer is formed in the process of excavation and blasting,and the internal and external cracks obtain expansion space and further develop to form internal and external fracture layers,which leads to roadway roof fall and failure. Based on this mechanism,the key of fine support of broken surround⁃ ing rock roadway is to protect the stability of compaction layer and limit the crushing and swelling space of fractured surrounding rock. The timely support form of bolt mesh shotcrete and anchor cable is proposed and tested in roadway of fragmental surroundings in Baoxiu mining area. The industrial test results show that the timely support form of bolt mesh shotcrete and anchor cable,that is,bolt mesh shotcrete closely follows the support of the working face and the secondary support of anchor cable for 3~5 cycles according to the ground pressure appearance speed,can highly adapt to the ground pressure failure law of the broken surrounding rock roadway in Baoxiu mining area and effectively ensure the stability of the broken surround⁃ ing rock roadway.
