新疆某高氧化率氯铜矿石选矿试验研究

摘要: 新疆某氧化铜矿石品位较低,为确定矿石的合理开发利用工艺,在工艺矿物学研究 基础上进行了选矿试验研究。结果表明,矿石氧化率高达93.12%,有用铜矿物氯铜矿嵌布粒度偏 细,与白云石、绿泥石等脉石矿物共生关系紧密,单体解离困难,属易泥化低品位难选氧化铜矿石; 试样在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占85%的情况下,采用1 粗2 精2 扫、中矿顺序返回流程处理,最终可 获得Cu品位27.20%、回收率75.39%的铜精矿,实现了铜的有效回收。

Abstract: The grade of a copper oxide ore in Xinjiang is low. In order to determine a reasonable utili⁃ zation process of the ores,the mineral processing experiments were carried out based on the process miner⁃ alogy research. The results showed that the oxidation rate of the ores reach up to 93.12%. The value copper minerals atacamite is with the fine disseminated grain size,and associate closely with gangue minerals, such as dolomite and chlorite,which makes it difficult to achieve monomer dissociation. The ore belongs to low grade and refractory copper oxide ore,which is easy to be mud. When the grinding fineness is -0.074 mm accounting for 85%,flotation process of one roughing,two cleaning,two scavenging and middling re⁃ turning in sequence was adopted and the copper concentrate with Cu grade of 27.20% and recovery rate of 75.39% was obtained,which realized the effective recovery of copper.
