新义矿业覆岩离层输浆管路缩径机理及防控

摘要: 为减少输浆管路缩颈影响覆岩离层输浆充填工作,对管路内部缩径机理进行了分 析,并开展了相关试验和工程实践,探索输浆管路缩颈预防措施和管路附着物软化与疏通方案。 结果表明:管路缩径类型主要有附着型、沉积型和综合型3 种,新义矿输浆管路缩颈主要为附着型 和沉积型;可通过提高管路光滑程度、改良飞灰成分、提高输浆压力、连续输浆并定期冲洗管路来 减少附着型缩径,对沉积型也有一定的效果;0.25 mol/L的醋酸溶液可作为溶剂清洗和疏通输浆管 路,效果良好。通过以上措施,能够减少输浆管路缩径现象,确保覆岩离层输浆填充工作顺利进行。

Abstract: In order to reduce the influence of slurry pipeline necking on overburden separation slurry filling work,the mechanism of pipe internal diameter reduction was analyzed,and related experiments and engineering practices were carried out to explore the prevention measures of slurry pipeline necking and pipeline attachment softening and dredging scheme.The results show that there are three main types of pipe diameter reduction: attachment type,deposition type and comprehensive type.The main types of pipe diame⁃ ter reduction are attachment type and deposition type.It can reduce the diameter of attachment type by im⁃ proving the smooth degree of pipeline,improving the composition of fly ash,increasing the pressure of slur⁃ ry transport,continuous slurry transport and regular flushing of pipeline,which also has a certain effect on the deposition type.0.25 mol/L acetic acid solution can be used as solvent to clean and dredge the slurry pipeline,and the effect is good.Through the above measures,the diameter reduction of slurry pipeline can be reduced to ensure the smooth progress of overburden separation slurry filling work.
