海南某赤铁矿柱式反浮选试验

Test of Flotation Column in Reverse Flotation of a Hematite Ore in Hainan

摘要: 为了提高海南某赤铁矿选厂的磁选精矿品位,进行了旋流-静态微泡浮选柱阴离子 反浮选试验研究,通过条件试验确定的浮选柱给料速度为230 mL/min,捕收剂用量1 800 g/t,粗选 循环泵压力0.14 Mpa,浮选浓度38%,粗选浮选柱吸气量1.0 m3/h。试验结果表明:在给矿品位 49.44%的条件下,采用脱硫+1 粗1 扫反浮选流程,获得了精矿产率为57.37%、铁精矿品位62.62%、 铁回收率72.66%的较好指标。试验体现了浮选柱在赤铁矿浮选中分选流程短和分选效率高的优 势。

Abstract: In order to improve the grade of magnetic separation concentrate in a hematite concentra⁃ tor in Hainan,the anionic reverse flotation test of cyclone-static micro-bubble flotation column was car⁃ ried out. The feed rate of flotation column determined by conditional test was 230 mL/min,the dosage of collector was 1 800 g/t,the pressure of roughing circulating pump was 0.14 MPa,the flotation concentra⁃ tion was 38%,and the air intake of roughing flotation column was 1.0 m3/h. The test results show that un⁃ der the condition of ore grade of 49.44%,a good index of concentrate yield of 57.37%,iron concentrate grade of 62.62% and iron recovery of 72.66% was obtained by desulfurization + one roughing one scaveng⁃ ing reverse flotation process. The test shows that the flotation column has the advantages of short separation process and high separation efficiency in hematite flotation.
