智能矿山一体化管控平台研究及实施

摘要: 针对未来矿山发展,企业须加强安全生产一体化智能管控平台建设,解决信息孤岛 等难题。以某铁矿智能矿山建设为背景,以互联网、物联网、大数据、人工智能等为技术手段,设计 了全矿采选工艺的一体化智能管控平台。将该矿现场约18 000 点的工控数据按照时间域、系统 域、工序域进行分类、对比、关联、分析和智能管控,并通过数据驾驶舱直观展现,实现整个铁矿采 选生产全过程的自动化、信息化、智能化的高度融合,具有智能控制、智能预警、智能诊断功能。经 初期试验验证,平台运行顺畅,达到了减员增效、节能降本的目的。

Abstract: In view of the future development of mines,enterprises must strengthen the construction of integrated intelligent management and control platform for safety production and solve problems such as information islands. Based on the construction of an intelligent mine in an iron mine,an integrated intelligent management and control platform for the mining and beneficiation process of the whole mine is designed by means of the Internet,the Internet of Things,big data and artificial intelligence.The industrial control data of about 18 000 points in the mine site are classified,compared,correlated,analyzed and intelligently controlled according to the time domain,system domain and process domain,and visually displayed through the data cockpit,so as to realize the high integration of automation,informatization and intelli⁃ gence in the whole process of iron ore mining and production,with the functions of intelligent control,intelligent early warning and intelligent diagnosis.Through the initial test verification,the platform runs smoothly and achieves the purpose of reducing staff,increasing efficiency,saving energy and reducing cost.
