Abstract: In view of the future development of mines，enterprises must strengthen the construction of integrated intelligent management and control platform for safety production and solve problems such as information islands. Based on the construction of an intelligent mine in an iron mine，an integrated intelligent management and control platform for the mining and beneficiation process of the whole mine is designed by means of the Internet，the Internet of Things，big data and artificial intelligence.The industrial control data of about 18 000 points in the mine site are classified，compared，correlated，analyzed and intelligently controlled according to the time domain，system domain and process domain，and visually displayed through the data cockpit，so as to realize the high integration of automation，informatization and intelli⁃ gence in the whole process of iron ore mining and production，with the functions of intelligent control，intelligent early warning and intelligent diagnosis.Through the initial test verification，the platform runs smoothly and achieves the purpose of reducing staff，increasing efficiency，saving energy and reducing cost.
