大水矿山高深溜井防堵塞关键技术

Key Technologies for Anti-clogging of High-deep Ore Pass in Water-rich Mine

摘要: 研究大水矿山高深溜井防堵塞及安全放矿技术,对于地下矿山采场高效出矿具有重要 的现实意义。以某大水矿山采场高深溜井频繁堵塞为背景,针对矿岩性质、含水率、粒度、吸水性、黏 结性等特殊物料性质,结合主溜井深度、底部结构及放矿管理等因素,对主溜井堵塞原因进行具体分 析。在此基础上,提出主溜井防堵塞及高效运行关键技术方案。首先,结合物料特性及生产条件,对 主溜井斜溜槽角度由42°优化至60°,延长重板并对主溜井底部结构进行改造,增加放矿效果;其次, 借鉴单环形直孔疏水原理,对主溜井井筒淋水进行治理,从源头解决溜井矿石含水量等问题;最后, 提出确定主溜井合理贮矿高度,严格控制入井矿料含水量、矿料粒度并进行合理配比,加强溜井放矿 等生产管控措施。改造后,实测主溜井淋水0.4 m3/h,日平均放矿量6 060 t,溜井放矿效率显著提升, 可为同类矿山提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract: It is of great practical significance to study the anti-clogging and safe ore drawing technolo⁃ gy of high-deep ore pass in water-rich mines for efficient ore drawing in underground mines. Based on the frequent blockage of high and deep ore pass in a water-rich water mine,the causes of main blockage are analyzed in detail according to the special material properties such as ore rock properties,water content,particle size,water absorption and adhesion,combined with the factors such as the depth of main ore pass,bottom structure and ore drawing management. On this basis,the key technical scheme of anti-clogging and ef⁃ ficient operation of main ore pass is put forward. Firstly,combined with the material characteristics and production conditions,the angle of the inclined chute of the main ore pass is optimized from 42 ° to 60 °,the heavy plate is extended and the bottom structure of the main ore pass is reformed to increase the ore drawing effect. Secondly,based on the principle of single ring straight hole drainage,the main ore pass wellbore water is treated to solve the problem of ore water content from the source. Finally,some production control mea⁃ sures are put forward,such as reasonable storage height of main ore pass,strict control of water content and particle size of ore material,and strengthening ore drawing of ore pass. After the transformation,the measured main ore pass watering is 0.4 m3/h,the average daily ore drawing is 6 060 t,and the ore drawing efficiency of the ore pass is significantly improved,which can provide reference for similar mines.
