Abstract: In order to further strengthen the construction of smart mines，the mines of Anhui Masteel Mining Resources Group have upgraded the mining，beneficiation，charging and public auxiliary systems to constantly improve the level of wisdom.Due to the characteristics of small sharing range，little association and low integration degree of each mine system，"information island" is formed.Through the construction and implementation of the production execution system of Masteel Mining，based on automation and data collection，and taking the production execution process as the main line，the two-level management and control platform of resource group and mining company has been built to realize an efficient information sharing and collaboration system，and at the same time，the integrated management and control of basic multi-source data generated by people，equipment and environment has been realized.It achieves the effect of fine and transparent production management，thus eliminating the phenomenon of "information island" and "subsystem island" which trouble the mine.
