Abstract: Belt conveyor is an important equipment for bulk material transportation，which covers a wide range. Especially in mineral processing enterprises，the crushed ore and selected concentrate powder are completely transported by belt conveyors，and their operation efficiency directly affects the production of enterprises. The belt conveyor is prone to problems such as belt deviation，tearing，slipping，leakage stoppage and safety. To this end，implement intelligent control of belt conveyor，install belt deviation de⁃ tection and processing devices，including belt tear protection device，slip processing device，leak stop⁃ page processing device，and safety protection device，monitor and collect data of motor and reducer，real⁃ ize equipment self diagnosis and unattended，and effectively eliminate personal injury accidents and major equipment accidents. Through intelligent transformation，the equipment operation efficiency is improved， the production cost is reduced，and the economic and safety benefits of the enterprise are significant.
