摘要: 大型电动轮卡车装载质量大,蕴含大量的势能和动能,车辆下坡制动时这部分能量 均在制动电阻栅上以热能形式消耗,现场实际测量发现该部分能量约占总能耗25%,因此对制动 能量进行回收和利用具有较大的经济价值。针对大型电动轮卡车电气驱动系统的特点,为了能够 高效地回收和利用制动能量,提出在主电路方面增加双向DC/DC 及钛酸锂电池的储能电路方案, 通过整车控制系统基于功率跟随与母线电压相调节的能量协同控制策略,在能量控制过程中,以 发电机和电池组作为主能量来源跟随整车的目标需求功率,通过发电机组和大功率DC/DC 调节 直流母线电压,使车辆根据行驶工况自动调节合适的母线电压,该控制方案保证车辆具有充足的 行驶动力,同时实现了车辆制动能量的回收与利用,降低了发动机的燃油消耗,提升了车辆制动系 统的可靠性。

Abstract: The large electric wheel truck has a large loading mass and contains a lot of potential ener⁃ gy and kinetic energy. When the vehicle brakes downhill,this part of energy is consumed in the form of heat energy on the brake resistor grid. The field actual measurement shows that this part of energy accounts for about 25% of the total energy consumption. Therefore,the recovery and utilization of brake energy has great economic value. According to the characteristics of the electric drive system of large electric wheel trucks,in order to efficiently recover and utilize the braking energy,a scheme of adding bidirectional DC/ DC and lithium titanate batteries to the main circuit is proposed. Through the energy coordinated control strategy based on power following and bus voltage regulation of the vehicle control system,the generator and battery pack are used as the main energy sources to follow the target demand power of the vehicle dur⁃ ing the energy control process. The DC bus voltage is adjusted by the generator set and high-power DC/ DC,so that the vehicle can automatically adjust the appropriate bus voltage according to the driving condi⁃ tions. This control scheme ensures that the vehicle has sufficient driving power,while realizing the recov⁃ ery and utilization of vehicle braking energy,reducing the fuel consumption of the engine,and improving the reliability of the vehicle braking system.
