煤矿无轨胶轮车智能防撞系统研究与应用

摘要: 针对煤矿无轨胶轮车在复杂巷道中碰撞事故频发、传统防撞系统误报率高及响应滞 后等问题,提出一种集成 UWB 定位、毫米波雷达与自动感应阻车装置的三级智能防撞系统。该系 统通过多技术融合实现对车辆间距、速度及环境的全方位实时感知,构建了从一级声光预警、二级 雷达自动制动到三级柔性拦截的闭环主动防护机制。在塔山煤矿 8 个月的现场应用表明,系统成 功化解 10 起失控险情,碰撞风险识别响应时间缩短至 150 ms 内,误报率低于 1.5%,月均维修费用 大幅降低。该系统显著提升了井下辅助运输的安全性与效率,具备高自动化与可靠性,为智能矿 山建设提供了有效技术支撑。

Abstract: In response to the frequent collision accidents of non-railroad wheeled vehicles in coal mines in complex tunnels,the high false alarm rate of traditional collision prevention systems,and the lag⁃ ging response time,a three-level intelligent collision prevention system integrating UWB positioning,mil⁃ limeter-wave radar,and automatic sensing anti-vehicle devices is proposed. This system realizes compre⁃ hensive real-time perception of vehicle spacing,speed,and environment through multi-technology integra⁃ tion,and builds a closed-loop active protection mechanism from the first-level audible and visual warning, the second-level radar automatic braking to the third-level flexible interception. The on-site application of this system in Tashan Coal Mine for 8 months indicates that the system successfully resolved 10 cases of out-of-control dangers,shortened the collision risk identification and response time to within 150 ms,re⁃ duced the false alarm rate to less than 1.5%,and significantly reduced the monthly average maintenance cost. The system significantly improves the safety and efficiency of auxiliary transportation in underground mines,possesses high automation and reliability,and provides effective technical support for the construc⁃ tion of intelligent mines.
