某高硫低品位铜铅锌矿分选工艺及机理研究

摘要: 为解决西南某高硫低品位铜铅锌多金属硫化矿有价金属回收效率低、分选污染风险 大的难题,针对其有价金属品位低、黄铁矿含量高、矿物嵌布微细、浮选干扰严重、分选难度大的特 点,进行了系统的工艺矿物学测试,查明了矿石矿物组成、嵌布共生特征与单体解离规律,揭示了矿 石难选的内在机理。通过条件优化试验,构建了无氰铜铅混合浮选—铜铅分离—锌浮选—硫综合 回收清洁分选工艺流程,配套绿色捕收剂与无氰复合抑制剂,实现了多金属高效分离及伴生金、银、 镉的综合回收。试验结果表明:全流程闭路试验获得了铅品位 56.24%、铅回收率 89.58% 的铅精矿, 铜品位 18.62%、铜回收率 90.14% 的铜精矿,锌品位 48.26%、锌回收率 89.09% 的锌精矿,硫品位 44.22%、硫回收率 66.71% 的硫精矿,伴生贵金属与稀散金属同步富集回收;该无氰绿色分选工艺分 选指标优良,可为西南同类复杂多金属矿石绿色、规模化开发提供理论依据与工程技术参考。

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of low recovery efficiency of valuable metals and high risk of separation pollution in a high-sulfur low-grade copper-lead-zinc polymetallic sulfide ore in southwest China,a systematic process mineralogy test is carried out for its low grade of valuable metals,high pyrite content,fine mineral dissemination,serious flotation interference and difficult separation. The mineral composition,dissemination symbiosis characteristics and monomer dissociation law of the ore are identi⁃ fied,and the internal mechanism of the ore is revealed.Through the condition optimization test,a clean separation process of cyanide-free copper lead mixed flotation-copper lead separation-zinc flotation-sulfur comprehensive recovery is constructed. The green collector and cyanide-free composite inhibitor are used to realize the efficient separation of multi-metals and the comprehensive recovery of associated gold,silver and cadmium.The results show that the lead concentrate with lead grade of 56.24% and lead recovery of 89.58%,the copper concentrate with copper grade of 18.62% and copper recovery of 90.14%,the zinc concentrate with zinc grade of 48.26% and zinc recovery of 89.09%,and the sulfur concentrate with sulfur grade of 44.22% and sulfur recovery of 66.71% are obtained by the whole process closed-circuit test. The associated precious metals and scattered metals are enriched and recovered simultaneously.The cyanide�free green separation process has excellent separation index,which can provide theoretical basis and engi⁃ neering technical reference for the green and scaled development of similar complex polymetallic ores in Southwest China.
