低品位磷矿浮选回收技术研究进展

Research Progress on Flotation Recovery Technology of Low-grade Phosphate Ores

摘要: 为高效利用低品位磷矿资源,针对其伴生脉石矿物复杂的问题,对低品位磷矿浮选 技术的发展现状与研究进展进行了综述,简要介绍了低品位磷矿资源的特点、开发的必要性及全 球磷矿资源的分布情况,重点叙述了浮选工艺、捕收剂及泡沫调控技术。浮选工艺方面,概述了正 浮选、反浮选、联合工艺和双反浮选工艺,并分析了其优缺点;捕收剂方面,总结了阴离子捕收剂、 阳离子捕收剂和两性捕收剂的研究成果,强调了捕收剂改性和复配对提高浮选效率的作用;泡沫 调控技术方面,强调了泡沫调整剂和组合药剂的协同效应;针对药剂优化、浮选工艺提升和泡沫调 控技术的进步,展望了未来研究方向,旨在提高低品位磷矿的回收率和资源利用效率。

Abstract: In order to make efficient use of low-grade phosphate ore resources,the development sta⁃ tus and research progress of low-grade phosphate ore flotation technology are reviewed in view of the com⁃ plex problems of its associated gangue minerals. The characteristics of low-grade phosphate ore resources, the necessity of development and the distribution of global phosphate ore resources are briefly introduced. The flotation process,collector and foam control technology are mainly described.In terms of flotation pro⁃ cess,the positive flotation,reverse flotation,combined process and double reverse flotation process are summarized,and their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. In terms of collectors,the research re⁃ sults of anionic collectors,cationic collectors and amphoteric collectors are summarized,and the effect of collector modification and compounding on improving flotation efficiency is emphasized.In terms of foam control technology,the synergistic effect of foam regulator and combined agent is emphasized. In view of the progress of reagent optimization,flotation process improvement and foam control technology,the future research direction is prospected,aiming at improving the recovery rate and resource utilization efficiency of low-grade phosphate ores.
