内蒙古某铁铜矿石选矿工艺试验

摘要: 为了探究铜浮选—铁磁选和铁磁选—铜浮选工艺对内蒙古某铁铜矿石的选别效 果,在矿石性质研究的基础上进行了 2 种不同工艺流程的对比试验。试验结果表明:在一段磨矿 细度为-0.075 mm60%、再磨细度为-0.075 mm65%、磁选磁场强度为 80 kA/m、浮选作业捕收剂采用 Z-200、抑制剂采用石灰的条件下,通过两段连续磨矿—铜浮选—铁磁选工艺流程,最终可获得铜 品位 25.75%、铜回收率 94.03%、铁含量 29.04%、铁回收率 0.69% 的铜精矿,以及铁品位 69.09%、铁 回收率 89.00%、铜含量 0.015%、铜回收率 3.06% 的铁精矿。

Abstract: In order to explore the separation effect of copper flotation-iron magnetic separation pro⁃ cess and iron magnetic separation-copper flotation process on an iron-copper ore in Inner Mongolia,a com⁃ parative test of two different processes is carried out on the basis of ore properties.The experimental results show that the copper concentrate with copper grade of 25.75%,copper recovery of 94.03%,iron content of 29.04% and iron recovery of 0.69%,and iron concentrate with iron grade of 69.09%,iron recovery of 89.00%,copper content of 0.015% and copper recovery of 3.06% can be obtained by two-stage continuous grinding-copper flotation-iron magnetic separation process under the conditions of one-stage grinding fine⁃ ness of -0.075 mm 60%,regrinding fineness of -0.075 mm 65%,magnetic field strength of 80 kA/m,flota⁃ tion operation collector Z-200,inhibitor lime.
