不同原料品位区间的某含铜废石光电分选富集效果及经济可行性研究

摘要: 为了科学判定含铜废石经光电分选后的工业开发价值,针对矿山不同原料品位区间 含铜废石富集效果不明确及经济可行性难以量化的问题,以分选后不同矿石品位与可选性特征为 基础,构建了基于原料品位区间的全流程技术经济模型,重点针对某采区典型赋存的千枚岩型及 斑岩型含铜废石开展了专项研究。通过金属综合回收价值测算与全链条成本解构分析等手段,精 确计算了分选后精矿的吨矿净收益值,得到了不同原料品位区间下光电分选富集效果与经济效益 的量化结果,明确了千枚岩型与斑岩型含铜废石在各自适宜品位区间内均可实现有效富集且具备 正向经济收益,含铜废石光电分选在特定品位区间内具有工业开发可行性,可为含铜废石的高效 利用提供科学依据和技术支持。

Abstract: In order to scientifically determine the industrial development value of copper-bearing waste rock after photoelectric separation,aiming at the problem that the enrichment effect of copper-bear⁃ ing waste rock in different of grade range of raw material the mine is not clear and the economic feasibility is difficult to quantify,based on the grade and washability characteristics of different ores after separation, a whole process technical and economic model based on raw material grade interval is constructed,and a special study is carried out on the typical occurrence of phyllite-type and porphyry-type copper-bearing waste rock in a mining area.By means of metal comprehensive recovery value calculation and whole chain cost deconstruction analysis,the net income per ton of concentrate after separation is accurately calculat⁃ ed,and the quantitative results of photoelectric separation enrichment effect and economic benefit under different raw material grade intervals are obtained. It is clear that phyllite-type and porphyry-type copper�containing waste rocks can achieve effective enrichment and have positive economic benefits in their re⁃ spective suitable grade range. The photoelectric separation of copper-containing waste rock is feasible for industrial development in a specific grade range,which can provide scientific basis and technical support for the efficient utilization of copper-bearing waste rock.
