铌钽资源分布及其选矿技术研究进展分析

摘要: 铌和钽是重要的稀有金属,凭借高熔点、良好化学稳定性及延展性等优异性能,具有不 可替代的战略价值。全球铌资源高度集中于巴西,呈现垄断格局;钽资源分布相对分散,刚果(金)、卢 旺达、巴西等是主要生产国。中国铌钽资源储量丰富,但普遍存在品位低、嵌布粒度细、共伴生矿 物复杂等问题,开发利用技术亟待提升。系统综述了铌钽资源的分布特征、传统选矿方法(重选、 磁选、浮选及联合法)以及现代技术进展(超重力、微泡浮选、悬振选矿等)。联合选矿工艺是当前 提高铌钽回收率与精矿品位的有效途径;超重力等新兴技术为低品位、细粒难选资源的高效富集 提供了新思路。针对中国铌钽资源长期依赖进口的现状,建议加强地质勘探、研发高效选矿新工 艺、推进共伴生资源综合利用及二次资源回收,以保障国家战略性矿产资源安全。

Abstract: Niobium and tantalum are important rare metals with irreplaceable strategic value due to their excellent properties such as high melting point,good chemical stability and ductility. Global niobium resources are highly concentrated in Brazil,showing a monopoly pattern; the distribution of tantalum re⁃ sources is relatively dispersed,with Congo(Kinshasa),Rwanda,Brazil and other major producers. China is rich in niobium and tantalum resources,but there are generally problems such as low grade,fine dis⁃ semination size,and complex associated minerals. The development and utilization technology needs to be improved urgently. The distribution characteristics of niobium and tantalum resources,traditional benefici⁃ ation methods(gravity separation,magnetic separation,flotation and combined method)and modern tech⁃ nological progress(high gravity,microbubble flotation,suspension vibration beneficiation,etc.)were sys⁃ tematically reviewed. The analysis shows that the combined beneficiation process is an effective way to im⁃ prove the recovery rate and concentrate grade of niobium and tantalum. Emerging technologies such as high gravity provide new ideas for the efficient enrichment of low-grade and fine-grained refractory resources. In view of the long-term dependence on imports of niobium and tantalum resources in China,it is suggest⁃ ed to strengthen geological exploration,develop new high-efficiency beneficiation processes,promote com⁃ prehensive utilization of associated resources and secondary resource recovery,so as to ensure the safety of national strategic mineral resources.
