菱镁矿浮选提纯中除硅与除钙药剂的研究进展

Research Progress on Silicon and Calcium Removal Reagents in Flotation Purification of Magnesite

摘要: 为实现低品位菱镁矿的精细提纯,重点围绕硅镁分离与钙镁分离两大核心方向,系 统梳理了菱镁矿浮选提纯过程中除硅与除钙药剂体系的研究现状。在硅镁分离方面,归纳了除硅 捕收剂(改性胺类、季铵盐类、离子液体类及复合捕收剂)与除硅抑制剂(有机膦酸类、纤维素类及 调整剂类)的研究进展,分析了不同药剂的作用机制与应用效果;在钙镁分离方面,总结了除钙捕 收剂(单一及新型合成捕收剂、复配捕收剂)与除钙抑制剂(表面活性剂类、膦酸类、生物聚合物类 等)的开发与应用现状。同时,探讨了镁硅钙同时分离浮选的研究方向,包括传统胺类反浮选—正 浮选工艺、有机螯合剂协同浮选及新型改性捕收剂开发等,为菱镁矿高效浮选提纯药剂的创新开 发与工艺优化提供参考,推动菱镁矿资源的高效利用。

Abstract: In order to realize the fine purification of low-grade magnesite,the research status of sili⁃ con removal and calcium removal reagent system in the flotation purification process of magnesite was sys⁃ tematically reviewed,focusing on the two core directions of silicon-magnesium separation and calcium�magnesium separation. In the separation of silicon and magnesium,the research progress of silicon remov⁃ al collectors(modified amines,quaternary ammonium salts,ionic liquids and composite collectors)and silicon removal inhibitors(organic phosphonic acids,cellulose and regulators)were summarized,and the mechanism and application effect of different agents were analyzed. In the aspect of calcium and magne⁃ sium separation,the development and application status of calcium removal collectors(single and new synthetic collectors,compound collectors)and calcium removal inhibitors(surfactants,phosphonates, biopolymers,etc.)were summarized. At the same time,the research direction of simultaneous separation and flotation of magnesium,silicon and calcium was discussed,including traditional amine reverse flota⁃ tion-positive flotation process,organic chelating agent synergistic flotation and new modified collector de⁃ velopment,which provide reference for the innovative development and process optimization of high-effi⁃ ciency flotation purification agents for magnesite,and promote the efficient utilization of magnesite re⁃ sources.
